I'm 18 and I've never been pregnant but I have been on birth control for 8 years for irregular periods. Since I have been put on birth control my periods have been regular. Whenever I don't take my pills on time (which is usually very often because I don't always have them with me) I start my period usually a week early and it will last all the way up until the day I am supposed to be off. Well, last week I had some what I thought was bleeding but it was so light did no damage at all and it was brown. It lasted around 2 days and after that it went away and I haven't seen anymore and I haven't seen it anymore. I have never experienced this before. I was supposed to originally start my period today (when I always do) and I haven't had any signs of it at all. If anyone has any advice or has experienced this before any information would be grately appreciated. I'm not worried because if I am pregnant my grandparents (who are very very very old fashioned) told me they would kill the guy lol and I think my granddaddy might be serious because he is VERY VERY strict when it comes to me because he loves me but it take two to tango so I'm scared. But thank you in advance!!! :)

To be truthful, I wasn't asking if I wasn't pregnant.. lol Sorry if it was confusing I was basically wondering if anyone has experienced something like this that might be something different from just pregnancy...

It could be any number of things, but only a doctor can tell you for sure.  Most people who are on birth control, for as long as you have been, tend to have the same period every month with no change.  This isn't everyone though.  If this is the first time you have had a significant change, it's probably best that you see your doctor just to make sure everything is fine.

From what you've said, I truly don't think you are pregnant, but I'm also not a doctor, nor do I have your pregnancy test sitting in front of me.
