I am really shy it's mostly because i am "overweight" i dont know all my friends are the sports and skater types and they get all the girls....but i am gunna use some of these tips and i will tell yall how it goes =]

Personally I'd rather go for a shy girl than a stuck up "outgoing" girl.
I guess that's because i'm shy as well. hehe

I'm a 16 year old guy and I used to suffer from being shy (and still do at times), I was shy to the point that a girl I had been with for 2 years who I have loved since first sight was making passes at me as we where lying on my bed (first time I had seen her in 2 years and she comes over to my house) and I didn't have the guts to do anything until she basically came right out and said that she had been tryna get me to kiss her all night, at that point i plucked up every bit of courage i have and killed my shyness in about 5 seconds flat, BEST THING I EVER DID!!!

too long to read, but the best way to overcome shyness is practice. Many people are shy. and when you realize that you are a step ahead. I used to be scared of class presentations, but when i realized everybody was too, I used it to my advantege, now i love giving class presentations. Well you need to put yourself in situations where you are shy until you can be calm in those situations otherwise you will always be shy. thats the truth.
