i just bottle it all up until i get to a point when even the smallest thing will just make me explode, but even when i lose it im still bottling about half of it up. i never let myself lose control (or cry). Hmm not the best way of dealing

If I get overly stressed I pull on my shoes, ditch my cell phone, and go for a good four mile jog. Then when that's done I lock myself in my room, don my headphones and write whatever comes to mind while I ruin my eardrums with music. If that doesn't work than...well it depends on what has me stressed out.

When I get angry, it usually lingers for a long time. When it happens it just builds up inside me and I feel like my system is frozen stiff. If it's serious, by the time I calm down I feel cold sweat and it is hard to keep my body from trembling. I guess I just don't know how to cope with anger. If I'm super stressed out, I usually smoke a cigarette then find something productive to do, like read, write or meditate.
