Q: Does penis size matter?[/b] A: Penis size has been mistakenly equated with sexual prowess in our culture. Interestingly, this mistake is made by men more often than women. Many myths exist about the relationship between penis size and other parts of a man's body including feet, nose and fingers. Jokes about penis size abound needlessly because, simply put, size has nothing to do with sexual satisfaction or manliness. Yet it's difficult to convince many men that this is so. The Facts About Penis Size Several things are often forgotten when it comes to heterosexual penile-vaginal intercourse. First, the vagina is a very elastic environment through which a baby can pass, yet it's one that easily retains a tampon. In other words, it snugly accommodates the entity it surrounds. Second, men and women give the vagina way more credit for sensitivity than is reasonable. The most sensitive part of the vagina is the part that is closest to the outside of a woman's body. Four inches will cover that. Third, about three-quarters of women don't reach orgasm by intercourse unless they have simultaneous clitoral stimulation -- no matter what the size of the inserting body part. Courtesy of webmd.com

Q: What is age of consent, and what is it for where I live? A: First lets answer a few questions regarding age of consent. What does the age of consent mean? The age of consent is the age when the law says you can agree to have sex. Before you reach this age, you can't legally have sex with anyone, however old they are. The law says that to be able to have sex, both partners must be over the age of consent. But what if our parents say it's okay? That doesn't make any difference - your parents don't make the law. Teens can't get around the laws for smoking, drinking or driving because their parents say so, and it's the same with this. The age of consent laws always apply, whether you're in love, or you've been together for ages, or you've had sex before. What is the age of consent? What the age of consent is depends on where you live - there are different age limits in different places, and in some places the age of consent is different for boys and for girls What is 'statutory rape'? If you are under the age of consent and you choose to have sex with someone who is over the age of consent, then they can be charged with the crime of 'statutory rape'. Some countries have different names for this crime, and some states in the US call it 'unlawful sexual penetration' or just 'rape'. To view the Age of Consent for where you live, click here. Q: Can I get pregnant from precum?[/b] A: It is very unlikely, but it is possible to get pregnant from precum. When a male gets aroused, and before he ejaculates, drops of fluid secreted by some of the glands are released at the top of the penis. This is called precum, and the amount varies between individuals and according to conditions, depending on general health, the level of arousal, and the time since the last ejaculation. Precum serves as a lubricant for intercourse, and it possibly facilitates fertilization by changing the vaginal pH, creating a more sperm-friendly environment. In general, a male can produce precum at any time from the point he becomes sexually aroused until the time he ejaculates. There is no standard interval of time between the initiation of precum and ejaculation. Only on occasion does precum contain some sperm. Although rare, pregnancies due to precum have been reported. Therefore, even though the chances are small, a woman can get pregnant if precum has entered her vagina.

Q: What are blue balls? A: "Blue balls" is a slang term referring to testicular aching that may occur when the blood that fills the vessels in a male's genital area during sexual arousal is not dissipated by orgasm. When a man becomes sexually excited, the arteries carrying blood to the genital area enlarge, while the veins carrying blood from the genital area are more constricted than in the non-aroused state. This uneven blood flow causes an increase in volume of blood trapped in the genitals and contributes to the penis becoming erect and the testicles becoming engorged with blood. During this process of vasocongestion the testicles increase in size 25-50 percent. If the male reaches orgasm and ejaculates, the arteries and veins return to their normal size, the volume of blood in the genitals is reduced and the penis and testicles return to their usual size rather quickly. If ejaculation does not occur there may be a lingering sensation of heaviness, aching, or discomfort in the testicles due to the continued vasocongestion. This unpleasant feeling has popularly been called blue balls, perhaps because of the bluish tint that appears when blood engorges the vessels in the testicles. Courtesy of DiscoveryHealth

Q: What are the four bases, when it comes to sexual experiences? A: Here, we mourn the passing of using baseball ananlogies to describe sexual activity. But let's face it, there are more than four stages in today's day and age of sex play. So, in the interests of both bringing baseball sex metaphors in line with the complications of modern romance and with standardizing the bases, we present the Standardized Guide to the Bases. On Deck: Having plans for a date Strike-Out: Duh!! Walk: Kissing Bunt: Masturbation Single: Tongue kissing Double: Breasts/chest touched, some clothes off, lots of grabbing and feels Triple: Most of the clothes off, genital contact, mutual masturbation Inside the park home run: Oral Sex Home Run: SEX! Ground Rule Double: Would have sex, but no condom Error: Condom breaks during sex Banned for life for gambling: Sex without a condom Hall of Fame: Marriage Now that we've got the basics, let's introduce some terms to better explain all the things that can happen now a days: Balk: Premature ejaculation Pine Tar: KY jelly Relief pitcher: Vibrator Rain Delay: Parents/roommate return home unexpectedly Box Seats: Waterbed Seventh Inning Stretch: Unusual positions Rookie: Virgin Minor Leagues: Under 18 Loaded Bases: Manage a trois Grand Slam: Sex three times in twelve hours Foul tip: VD Three up and three down: Impotency Switch Hitter: Bisexual Source While there are many versions to "The Bases", the four bases are pretty similar in most cases. Nowadays most people don't even refer to the bases, but if you do, use the above list and be creative!

Q: What are some popular hair removal techniques? Waxing definition: Spreading heated wax over the area where you want hair removed, letting it dry, then pulling it off--hair, roots and all. The most common wax job is a bikini wax, especially in bathing suit season. frequency: Lasts four to six weeks. cost: If you do it at home, not much more than depilatories or bleaching, but having it done by a pro can cost almost the same as a haircut at a beauty salon. $$ - $$$$ pain: Sort of like ripping an adhesive bandage off a large area of skin. Some redness and irritation can follow. pros: Removes hair for anywhere from two to six weeks. cons: Ripping hair out by its roots with hot wax is very painful. Having it done professionally can be expensive. (Note: Also ask about "sugaring" and "threading," which operate on the same basic principle as waxing.) tip: Some people like to use a loofah or other abrasive sponge between waxing sessions to avoid the development of "ingrown hairs." Plucking definition: Pulling hair out one by one with a pair of tweezers. frequency: As needed. Once you tweeze a hair, it's gone for a good month, but others grow nearby. cost: If you do it yourself, nothing, once you've bought the tweezers. $ pain: Hurts for a second or two, especially in sensitive areas. pros: You do it yourself (you control cost, the extent and whether or not to continue doing it). cons: It can hurt at the time. It's only temporary. Laser Hair Removal definition: Invented in 1995, laser hair removal involves waxing first to remove hair, then rubbing a carbon-based lotion on the skin, then passing a laser over the area. Follicles are damaged, but not the skin. It is said to work best for people with light skin and dark hair. frequency: Results are not permanent, but they are long-term. cost: Very expensive. Price varies according to the area being treated, but most treatments will cost at least a thousand dollars. $$$$$$ pain: Less painful than electrolysis, except to the wallet. pros: Near-permanent hair removal. cons: Thousands of dollars so you won't grow hair. An inexperienced technician may burn your skin. Depilatory (Nair) definition: A cream or gel that you put on the area where you want hair removed. It burns, melts and otherwise damages the hair roots. Then you wash the stuff off along with your hair.. frequency: Lasts a couple of weeks to a month. cost: Not prohibitive. Buy a reputable product at your drugstore. $ $ pain: Can burn or irritate sensitive areas. (Always follow the directions carefully, and use only on the recommended parts of your body.) pros: You do it yourself and the result is a very smooth, hairless area that lasts longer than shaving. cons: It can burn or leave sensitive skin red. It smells bad, even the stuff labeled "fresh scent." It can be a severe skin and eye irritant, and dark-haired users may have a visible "shadow" of hair under the skin. Bleaching definition: Chemically lightening the color of hair. frequency: Depends on how fast your hair grows; usually lasts about a month. Repeat when hair becomes two-tone. cost: Slightly more than depilatories. Buy a name brand. $ $ pain: Can cause some irritation in sensitive areas. Might be wise to test it on some less visible area first. pros: Doesn't involve removing the hair, so you don't have to deal with how the hair will come back (no stubble, just dark). cons: It is a chemical, so the skin may get irritated. It doesn't remove the hair, so if there is a lot of it, even if it is blond, it may be visible. May actually make hair more visible against dark skin. Shaving definition: Using a razor to cut off hair right at the skin. frequency: Daily to weekly depending on how fast the hair grows. (Can be done less often in winter). cost: Just the cost of razors and cream or soap. $ $ pain: None, if you don't cut yourself. But can cause some irritation. pros: You do it yourself anytime. cons: Once you start shaving, hair comes back nubby and potentially thicker. Can cause ingrown hairs. Razor burns, shaving nicks and other razor mishaps can also cause discomfort. Electrolysis definition: A qualified practitioner inserts a filament, or long thin needle, into each individual hair follicle and zaps it with an electric current. This is the only permanent, or nearly permanent, method of hair removal. It's used mostly for facial hair. frequency: To remove, say, a mustache, usually requires weekly visits for a few months (because new hair grows all the time); then you can taper off with touch-up visits. cost: Expensive. Probably several hundred dollars for a mustache; less if you're just having a few stray whiskers removed. $$$$$ pain: No picnic, but not as bad as a hard day at the dentist. Helps to take ibuprofen or another pain reliever about a half hour before. There are also creams that you can rub on your skin to temporarily numb the area. pros: Hair removal is eventually permanent. cons: Each session is very expensive, the treatment is fairly painful, and you need to find a good practitioner in order for the work to be permanent and to avoid slip-ups that can cause scarring. Trimming definition: Using scissors to cut unwanted hair (like pubic hair that hangs out of your bathing suit). frequency: As needed. cost: Nothing, once you have the scissors. $ pain: None. pros: You do it yourself, and it doesn't hurt. cons: Though it reduces the length of the hair, it doesn't remove it from sight. Q: How do I put on and use a condom? A: Human error causes more condom failure than manufacturing errors, so here is how to put one on properly. - The penis should be erect (hard) and the condom should be put on before the penis touches the vagina, mouth or anus.
- Carefully open the condom packet-don't use your teeth, fingernails or anything sharp so you don't nick the condom-and remove the rolled up condom.
- Most condoms have a nipple-shaped end on it. Pinch that together to squeeze out the air before placing the condom on the head of the erect penis. This is the tip where the semen will go when the male partner ejaculates (comes) after his orgasm.
- Carefully roll the condom down the erect (hard) penis. If the condom will not roll, then it's not turned the right way. Throw it away and start over. Do not unroll and then re-roll a condom.
- The unrolled condom should cover the majority of the penis shaft. Check for air bubbles and squeeze them out before the covered penis is inserted.
- When intercourse is complete, hold the condom securely at the base of the penis and withdraw before the penis goes soft. Holding the condom prevents it from slipping or spilling.
- Throw the condom away after it's been used. Never reuse a condom.
- Always use a new condom for each sexual act. Never use the same condom when switching from the anus to the vagina.

Q: Where is the male G-Spot and how do I get to it? A: Yes, there is a magic pleasure button in a man's body that, if stimulated, will produce amazing orgasms. It's easy to find and fun to touch -- if your idea of fun is hearing your man howl with pleasure! However, unlike its female counterpart, the "male G-Spot," correctly known as the "prostate gland," serves an important biological function. The prostate is a small gland, about the size and shape of a quail's egg. Nestled in the man's pubic bone and surrounded by the pelvic muscles, the prostate gland will respond to pressure applied through the rectum. Like any form of anal play, prostate stimulation isn't for everyone. Some people associate the anus with feelings of dirtiness or shame, while others just don't respond well to this form of stimulation. If you decide to try prostate manipulation, you need to respect your inhibitions -- and those of your partner -- by taking things slow. - Start with a hot shower so you and your partner will feel clean.
- Don't just jump into prostate stimulation -- enjoy a little foreplay first!
- Use lots of lubricant! Most couples report Anal Eze is best for this!
- To find the prostate gland, reach down between your partner's legs, insert your index finger into the anus to the second knuckle and press forward, in a firm "come hither" motion. You'll be able to feel the prostate through the front part of the rectal wall.
- Press gently. If you or your lover likes the sensation, press a little more firmly. You or your lover might enjoy a "shunting" sensation, experienced by smooth, rapid insertion and removal of one or more fingers.
- Try using a sex toy! While many women's G-Spot toys work well for prostate stimulation, you'll also want to try some of the acrylic toys made specifically for anal play. If you opt to use a woman's G-Spot toy, be sure to select one with a wider safety base designed for harness or anal play. Also, if you've already used this toy on a woman for G-Spot stimulation, be sure to clean it and use a condom on it before inserting it for anal use.
- If you find you don't enjoy the sensation of prostate stimulation alone, try pairing it with genital massage or oral sex.
Your response to prostate stimulation depends on your particular physiology. Some men experience crashing orgasms when they stimulate their prostate glands, while others simply enjoy a great deal of pleasure. Some men don't enjoy the sensation at all, while others could take it or leave it. If you are unsure about your feelings toward this type of sensation, try it! If you don't like it, you don't have to do it again. Answer provided by mypleasure.com

Q: How can I last longer in bed? A: The "stop and start" method involves bringing yourself just before the point of no return, and stopping all movement before it is too late. When the urgency to ejaculate subsides, start thrusting again, and repeat several times. This can also be practiced using your partner's hand, mouth or even by yourself. It may require some trial and error, as you may pass that point accidentally. Many people are not aware of it, but proper breathing can help develop ejaculatory control. This is because taking a few deep breaths can help you relax and calm the arousal and tension that leads to quick ejaculations. Practice deep, easy, relaxed breathing and relax your entire body. Communication is another key to long-lasting sex. Let your partner know when you are getting close and what you can and cannot handle. This will involve the use of actual words, since non-verbal cues are easily misunderstood. "Stop," "Hold it," "Start," and "More," are obvious choices and anything else that's short and clear, is acceptable. Other causes of premature ejaculation are anxiety, fear or discomfort with your partner. Premature ejaculation is less likely to occur if the couple knows each other well; feels comfortable with one another; both partners are consenting; in a comfortable, relaxed and private setting; and after contraception issues have been discussed. Many men can also last longer the second time around, so perhaps this can be incorporated into your love-making. If round one is short, please her with some extended foreplay using your mouth, or with an erotic massage during half-time until your soldier is ready for battle once again. Condoms reduce the amount of stimulation experienced during sex. Many men find that a condom makes them last longer because of the decreased stimulation. As you all know, condoms provide the best protection against STDs and pregnancy, so they have added benefits. The position of lovemaking may also affect a man's ability to last in bed. The 'missionary' position, with the man on top, is not the best position while attempting to control ejaculation. All men, however, are different and some men find it harder to hold themselves when their partner is in control. Experiment and vary the positions according to what allows you to control yourself better. Finally, strong, well developed pelvic muscles will allow you better control and make you more aware of what is happening in your nether regions. Pelvic floor muscles are the ones used to stop and start urination. Hold the muscles for three seconds, relax for three seconds, and repeat ten times. You can do this at anytime and in anyplace. Eventually, you should be able to work your way up to 100 ten-second contractions per day. Premature ejaculation can be easily countered with patience, effort and knowledge. Informing yourself is the first step, and once you know about the problem, you are halfway there. Overcoming the mental and physical aspects of this problems are also much easier if both partners are involved, aware of the situation and open to discuss it.
