I suppose that depends on the person.  My sister's husband stops functioning after 10 pm, but he's up at like 6 every morning.

Personally, during my exam period, I would sleep very little.  Maybe 3-4 hours a night, and some nights, I wouldn't sleep more than one hour because I would study all night.  It may affect your memory a bit, but if you know your material, you should be fine.  If anything, you'll get a momentary boost of energy to get you through your exams.  I dunno, I was fine.  The worst I've done in my life is pull an allnighter, then sleep one hour the next night, and I sitll worked pretty well, though as soon as I got bored, I would get sleepy... lol.

I wouldn't worry too much :).  no point it worry about it now.  Just make sure you really know your material so that it doesn't escape you the second you need it :).
