The authority of the site likes to believe (and falsely mislead all new members) that this site exists for 'support' and nothing else, which is bullshit to the extreme. Only a select few - the overwhelming minority - even fucking bothering helping people.
There comes a point in time where, after hearing about a certain issue so many times, you can't reply helpfully anymore. Most of the senior members have reached that point.
