You could just be having a panic attack...It is likely that you are OVERSENSITIZED toward the issue of heart issues as it runs in your family.  If you can, get your family to have an EXTENSIVE medical examination -- I mean like a BARRAGE of tests.  If it turns out you have a minor problem, it can be nipped in the bud.  If they clear you, my advice to you is this: live healthy (eat right, avoid drugs, alchohol, tobacco) NEVER WORRY ABOUT IT AGAIN.  Worrying yourself sick about it for years and years can actually turn into a REAL HEART ATTACK one day when you least expect it due to built up stress and the effects of prolonged stress on your body's systems.  Listen: if you are younger than age 30, you have not lived long enough to have an artery blockage of the type that causes heart attacks since it takes YEARS and YEARS of bad eating and other bad habits to form PLAQUE DEPOSITS on the insides of your circulatory system.  So, calm down -- you will be fine...Concentrate instead on ways to eat healthily (within moderation -- do NOT OVERDO it) and relieve stress.. You will live long.
