With this type of things the best thing you can do is talk to her and see how she feels. There's no map you can follow. You don't read minds and neither can I, so It's impossible to tell. If she's spending soon much time talking to you she must feel some sort of feelings for you though. Atleast a friend kinda thing so you are not completly hopeless.
It's all up to how you take it. It's been only a month though, I'd wait a bit more or ask her to go out and start to make it a tad more serious if you want to see if something could happen, but yes in the long run, talking and seeing how she feels is the only way.
