I've had Limewire for awhile, and I downloaded a shit load of songs, and I was told that was my problem. Do you know what else I have to do to speed it up, or if there is a site to do this, could you tell me?

Try defragmenting the harddrive? Uninstall stuff you don't need and free up space.
You could always add more ram too.

you can change alot of stuff from your bios just hit like one of the f keys or delete when you starting up your computer just make sure you know what your doing

OHHH I misread, I thaught youw anted to speed LIMEWIRE up...
Yeah, A defrag will help, So will a registry optimisation. Overclocking is really the only way to speed up a PC without spending money, But you have a small chance of screwing your pc over
