I've really been trying to make it work lately, and I'm not having much luck. This morning I was trying for the MILD method, but it took me forever to fall asleep, and once I did, I dreamed about something completely irrelevant and had no control.
The last two times I've tried the WILD method, I freaked out when I started to fall and woke back up right away.
Any suggestions from anyone who can do it?
