Maybe you're stressing about the possibility that your guy might leave you for other girls who are after him, and your dream is telling you that he only has eyes for you.

Or, if those girls are meant to symbolize his exes, it means that you were just dwelling on them a lot and they came up in your dream.  Maybe they still have feelings for him, which would explain why they're hugging on him, but he only wants you.

Eh, unlike most of the people here, I don't think it means he's cheating on you, as a dream created by your brain can't give you clairvoyance (although that would be cool).

I think that even though there are other girls that like him and could possibly tempt him, you have a pretty darn good idea that he'll stay by your side.
