Not surprised, that stuff has the worse side-effects and definately worse withdrawal effect EVAR.  

 Don't be surprised if you get to the point where you try eating but can't swallow.  

 Ask anyone whose ever been on it long-term and they'll say steer clear. The antidepressant effects wear off and you become dependent.
