Their isn't no right way to get well sleep because when you do go to sleep your thinking about the day ahead before it even get here so until I'm in a deep sleep thats when I'm sleeping well

Ya pretty much the way schools have us wake up early screws my sleep over. I like staying up and I am a complete night person, so waking up at 6:30 am for school=no bueno.

Think of other people before you go to sleep. For example people you like Trust me it helps a lot

yoga helps and yes thats my answer for every thing now that im taking yoga classes but it does work very well.

I know there should be. I sleep only when Im sleepy. If I lay awake in bed I just hate it. If I cant sleep in 20 mins I get up and read in the living room and then get sleepy. I also dont take naps. That makes me tired at bedtime.

SLEEP!!! Nothing can beat sleep when you're really tired, that's a fact. But I am probably in the half of the population you could call a night owl. I really wouldn't know wether to say I have ensomnia, am somewhat nocternal, or am just a weird teenager that likes to stay up all night. I have got to the point where most of the time I just don't go to sleep. On the weekends, sure..... I can sleep all day if I need to, but then the dreadfull school week comes back around. Sometimes I can manage to take naps in the afternoons, and other times I'll find time to nap during class. Truely though, my only helpfull advise to getting to sleep would be......well....Don't stay up all night typing stupid things like this....If you plan on doing your homework, get it done before midnight.....Don't plan on making a strong cup of coffee right before you go to sleep...Make sleep your happy place. Find joy in it, put your favorite music on, [usually seems to help!] enjoy the peace full time your body needs to regain health, and strenghth....And the most helpfull advise I could probably give would be to not be a lazy ass, and sit around your house all day, but to get out and do things so when you do want to sleep, your body will let you do that. Well, it's 2:20 A.M. right now, and I have other things to do. So good luck,and good night!! Try to go to sleep, and if you absolutely can't, know that you're not the only one!!!!!!!!
