I bought a jacket and a pair of earrings at Jcpenny for 48 dollars and I had a coupon to spend 50 get 10 back and to use it i need to spend. So the clerk showed me some clearence necklaces to get to make an even 50. I didn't even want the necklace,but I got it to save the 10. My friends and I then went to Sears so one of them could look for a shirt. While we were in the dressing room watching her try them on my other friend was untangling the necklace. We leave Sears and about 5 minutes later a guy comes up to us in a Patriots sweatshirt with a cell phone saying he wants to ask us a question. I said no and walked away. He said if you don't stop now I will arrest you so I asked for what and he said I saw you steal a necklace. My friend asked what necklace she bought that at Jcpenny and she pointing to my other friend was untangling it. I found the reciept and necklace with the tag still on it, and after he said since it was 97 cents it was not even worth it. He called the friend that untangled it sketchy and to never go in his store again and asked me why I was shaking. I told him he was scaring me. He told us to never go back there again and I walked away. My friends had me sit down because I started crying and then they found a security cop and he went and talked to him because even after I asked the Sears guy to show me his badge he said he left it in his office and when I go down to be arrested I could see it. I told him I wasn't going anywhere with him. But anyway the security gaurd caught up with us while we went back into Jcpenny because my friends mom works there. She called my mom and my mom said since he didn't show me an ID shes mad and shes calling tomorrow since the offices were closed. While at work today I was really happy to go shopping because I haven't been able to in a while nor hang out with my friends. I don't steal, which is what really made me mad about him. I don't know, the guy just sucks because he wouldn't admit his mistake. also there was a girl working the floor that was behind me while I handed my friend the necklace to untangle. She also said she saw me and my friend go into the dressing room to try the shirts on. I know you guys will call me a loser and what but it just made everything suck since we were all having a good time....
