Model Mayhem, probably the biggest and most well known modelling website around. Photographers, makeup artists, models, hair stylists, clothing designers, photoshop wizards and more can find each other with ease. - scarlet-rain
Uber, a free web design and hosting website. Use modules (e.g. comment boxes, slideshows) or custom HTML to create as many websites and as many pages as you like. Uber don't slap ads all over your pages like many other free web hosting sites do, either. - my profile or website
