I am really a believer that age doesn't matter. But I think that really applies with the older you get. Like a 25 year old and a 30 year old, no big deal.

But at the teenage years, you go through so many changes and just a few years difference you are very different emotionally. I being a college freshman could never go out with a sophmore, because I am just emtionally not at the same level as that person.

But if you two feel that you connect well, all the power to you!

For example I'm currently 16 -17 in 18 days- and the boy i like is 21 -22 in September- he says my age is a problem but i don't quite see how.

I think i just find older people more mature, and i get on better with them, i like someone i can have some banter with and with people my age it's usually not guaranteed.

I am -sadly- in love with a bloke who is 10 years older than me -he's also famous- but that means when it comes to age difference there's nothing wrong at least i don't think so.
