.....What? You can use iPods on a PC, you just can't transfer music to the PC. I have a PC and an iPod.
No, I am pretty sure it's illegal. I heard that if your connected to the internet when you plug it in your IP automatically gets sent to Apple and they log it. If you do it too many times they track you down and fine you. Check Apple's website. It's all there.
Well then they should check their site again, because it's BS. How the hell else would I get music? You have to be connected to the internet in order for the iTunes store to work and you can't get the music from iTunes onto your iPod if it's not plugged in. I would've gotten fined/contact a shitload of times if it was. My friends do the exact same thing. That's how an iPod works. It's in the damn directions in the box.
Well, they're lying.
Haha, what, the directions? Sure, they're lying. That's exactly why more than half of America is using their iPod and not getting fined for anything. I mean, do you seriously think iPods only work with Macs? If that were true, Apple would make a label on the front of the box stating that so people wouldn't buy them thinking they could use it on a PC. If you look at this picture and can make out the small writing starting from the upper-right hand corner preceding to the following line, it says "Requires Mac or PC". http://technogra.ph/wp-content/uploads/2007/12/80gb-ipod-box-back.jpg Post edited at 11:53 pm on July 25, 2008 by RockerTori106
