95% of time a lump is none cancerous...but you cannot tell if it is unless you get that checked out by your doctor

If you think it might be cancerous I would suggest you go se a doctor, Im a boy so i've not really been taught how to check for cancerous lumps on breasts but its always better to be safe than sorry..
