Believe it or not a vast majority of spots are caused from dirty pillows. If you use hair gel/wax, it is imperative that you wash your hair thoroughly before you go to bed because a dirty pillow....is a dirty face.

I recommend changing your pillow case at least once a week... i do it twice.
