I have a problem with relationships in that I become very paranoid. For some reason I swore yesterday that my boyfriend was going to break up with me. I just got that thought into my head for no apparent reason but kept thinking it. Of course it didn't happen. Then today I thought he was acting weird for awhile and thought he was going to do it today. Then he was his usual sweet self. How can I not think like this to become more confident?

(i still sometimes get those moments with my man, even after 2 yrs. i just try and remember that he thinks im dead perfect to him and he adores me. with me its insecurity. but ultimately his opinion of uyou matters most so chill hun, like you know, its in your head) :)
