Juno is a good movie, no denying it.
However I find the ending a bit unrealistic.

In the movie, it ends with Juno giving her child up for adoption, staying with her boyfriend, with no trauma or stress.
I do see that she went through a painful 9 months and that is fine.
Yet giving your child away does not come without emotions.
Many teenage mothers who give their child up for adoption suffer from stress or depression. And it hardly EVER goes back to normal the way it did in the movie.
It seemed as if she gave her baby away, and never looked back.

Some people express their emotions differently; Juno was that kind of girl

Actually, it is reality for some teenage mothers who give their children up for adoption. They can't ever look back because if they do they'll become depressed whenever they think of the baby they had to give up, and wonder every second if he/she is alright and what they're doing. They could even go crazy. Not all mothers who give their children up show emotion in that way.

It seemed as if she gave her baby away, and never looked back.

Sometimes it does work like that.

Maybe she'll end up regretting it later on in her life, which is not covered in the movie.

It showed her crying after. But they had to end the movie on a good note. (That she is moving on)
