I have very damaged hair from dying it too many times, and I straighten and blowdry it everyday because otherwise, it is extremly curly.

What do I do about this and whats the best products to use?

I use Paul Mitchell for that. Biolage is also a good brand of shampoo/conditioner to use.

do you condition your hair? if you do, you should go to the beauty supply shop closest to you, and get a jar of Cholesterol. it sounds gross, but trust me, it's heaven, and it SAVES your hair!

Kerastase Masquintense...some high end shit that costs like $95 but is the best of every other product out there....it's a deep conditioner.

Dove Shine Therapy is the most moisturizing/nourishing shampoo and conditioner you can get. Go for a dove deep conditioning and heat protectant spray as well.

if your hair isn't extremely curly/dry. otherwise, if you use it all the time, it will make your hair in worse damage than before.
