and i am scaring myself shitless right now. we had this report on the television saying that the air was unhealthy for people with athsma and lung issues. i don't have athsma, but i have bad allergies, and when i step outside (i had to twice today) the air just.... didn't feel/taste/smell right. i feel a panic attack coming on and i'm home alone.

what if something happens?

thats why im freaking out. if i'm in a room with ac, i feel better. the air feels clean. but then i remember that it's blowing in from outside, and that makes me feel really bad.

If by being a hypochondriac the majority of your concerns aren't actually true, then just assess the situation. The more people that the disease affects, the less likely it is to happen. Everybody uses air. So it's probably not true.

The statement was very general. It's "unhealthy". But it isn't going to fuck you up in a way that will alter your quality of life.
