Arizona for sure. My friend lives in Minnesota and it's horrible there. It's humid in the summer, cold and snowy in the winter. And the summers are super short. Prices are sort of cheap there, but it's crappy, he's not happy.
Arizona rocks. It's super hot, and prices aren't too bad...
Plus, you can be pretty close to Vegas, depending on what city you're in.
