Yes, it's just shaving rash. You should endeavor to get a new razor, it's likely that the one you used is too blunt.

Yup, razor burn. I always get it. It really sucks.

You can try nair next time, but you still might get irritation... Nair works better for me, and only gives me mild razor-burn type bumps.

We probably need to wax instead... but ouch.

it is very easy to get ingrown hairs etc shaving this area. use a brand new sharp razor and baby oil/lotion as shaving cream.
