Seriously, though, it's a way to release sexual tension. Plus, it ends up feeling so good that you just want to have that pleasure again and again. I think it's like how I heard that people who smoke weed keep smoking because they're trying to get the same high they got when they first did it. (not sure about that one, though)

If I feel like I can't go without 3 times a day I try and do less since it makes the sessions less enjoyable. I sometimes like to build up that urge and then try to have it as long as possible. Like over the weekends I skip Friday night and Saturday night. Then on Sunday night I lay in my bed where there are no distractions and imagine fantasy creatures. I don't need to go in detail unless one of you would like to know.
