the thing with the flag is the israeli national anthem called hatikvah (the hope)
the prayers before and after meals are prayers thanking god for food
and "Sheket Bevakasha" means quiet please, it is used in jewish youth movements.
its used generally like rythems of claps and then kids will shout a line back to get their attention
ne of the kids at the camp would have been more than happy to explain all this to you

sheket bevakasha is normally just said at camps by the leaders to shut the kids up and get their attention the amount of hebrew really varies. if they go to a jewish school they SHOULD know at least the basics in hebrew to get around in israel.
otherwise just they probs just know iconic words; ie. shalom...
