Does any other girl find that about a week before their period their appietite increases quire a bit? Ever since I lost weight (I went from 160 to 125) before my period I get very hungry. Quite often I'll put on 10 lbs (only to loose it when I get my period and I'm not as hungry anymore because I feel nausea). Like right now I have a huge craving for mashed potatoes with gravy, a couple of pieces cheese on the side and lipton sidekick noodles on the side.

I don't know why this happens the only thing I can think of is my body is preparing itself for if I was to get pregnant.
