All males, at all ages, should be taught/told/say that they have a penis.
Edit: What I mean is that toddlers/kids should not be taught that they have a 'pee-pee' or a 'weiner' or whatever. However, of course it's okay for people to use slang (such as 'dick' or 'cock') whenever they start being comfortable with it.
