So this guy I am absolutely in love with ( i wont deny it) told me that he could fall in love with me and that he cares for me a lot. and kept calling me by this nickname that he has for me... What does it mean? " I could" fall in love with you.. Does he already love me? He says hes holding back... (he has a gf and is in an open relationship).
