My lifes gone to shit and i wanna sort myself out. Im thinking of writing down all my feelings and whats making me feel that way, then working thru each in turn trying to clear it. Getting it on paper will hopefully make it all clearer. What do you think? Anyone have any other advice? X

i agree. i've done that before and it helps so much. its a lot easier to read back over it and then work out your problems, instead of trying to remember all of them in your mind. hope things get better for you =]
