You're not getting enough oxygen in your body. Those are all the signs. The part about having trouble breathing is the main thing that's messing up everything else, seems like.
You should talk to a doctor as soon as possible. I always felt just like that when I was having panic attacks. For now, try to practice some deep breathing.
