Every time you return it for a new one, the warranty renews. So, each year you can let your xbox break for another one for free. Sure its bad for the business, but its good for you. A brand new free 360 in each year.

That's weird, that's definitely not the case here. You get a standard 1 year warranty, and then if they repair it the warranty is 90 days for day of receiving the new 360 or the rest of the 1 year warranty, whichever is the longest.

I had these xboxes all together are longer than a year they still took it in.
