wishes are made for the disney scene.
beauty is for the pretty princesses.
love is always found, and never lost.
there's always someone there to save you.
someone is always standing with their arms wide open..
when walt disney has his say.
tears bring the magic to life.
fairies with wands "make it all better"

~in a world far too real, so close, yet so far away~

i don't make wishes, i don't waist my breath.
im not as pretty as a princess.. and i haven't found my knight in shining armour, my prince, or princess..
i long to be held and for someone to let me know i'm special.. in their eyes.
but walt disney's not here to write my story, and i'm not leaving it in the hands of "god"
it's been left up to me, and i've misplaced my pen..
i'm drowning in these tears, in this bloody mess that's been left for me.
i face the world alone, i always have, and always will.
maybe some day you'll take my hand and walk a while..
but don't worry.., i don't expect you to stay.
i'll appreciate your company while it's there though, and you'll forever mean the world to me.
