I can't think of many at the moment, but two lesbian films I've heard of/seen would be "Lost and Delirious" and "D.E.B.S." Two gay-related films are "Another Gay Movie" and "Brokeback Mountain." You could browse this, too.

Transamerica - It has a very homosexual/transsexual plotline and pretty interesting, even for people who aren't gay.  And the ending of Brokeback Mountain made me cry :

*Prey for rock and roll(has lesbian themes in it)
*Boys don't cry
*Gray Matters


That's about all I can think about at the moment. If you're into watching Lesbian related shows, then of course there is The L word, and South of Nowhere. Though, you probably already know that.
