So, it's 3:20 in the morning, and I still can't get to sleep. I need to be up by 7:30 and I have tried everything to get myself to sleep. I am so nervous to go to camp, I'll see my old bf from England for the first time in a year. We haven't talked for over 4 months now. And I'll be camping for a month with him. I have no idea what to say. I just want to sleep.

Any suggestions?

Just act like he is an old friend. Like.. " Its good to see you.. how have you been?" type thing. You can pretend he isn't an ex and it will just come off as you are being friendly and you will probably be more comfortable.

I can't, I have tried reading, listening to music, turning and fluffing my pillow to get to the cold side. Changed blankets, pillows, sleeping positions, nothing.

I would do that, but there are no more beds, if my parents find me sleeping on the floor or on the couch they might think I'm weird, but I might just do that lol
