Heya hun, it's totally okay to be upset. I'm sorry that you have those things going through your head. Seeing people you love getting hurt or dying is the most awful thing in the world. The memories of what happened, believe it or not, can make you stronger. You know what happens in life, you aren't naive, and you can feel compassion for others.
