How do I get over my fear of approaching girls? Im sure people will say just do it. But honestly if it was that easy for me I would have just done it a while ago. So what can I do? I just want to be able to do it once so from then on I can do it anytime. Im looking for success or even a conversation. Just to get the balls to go up to a girl I dont know and say something.

dude it takes time and i know that no one on here Can help u any more than talk to u about it. This is not what u want to hear but i was in Ur shoes about 8-10 mounts ago. I don't even really know how i got over it. I just asked. Yeah i was shaking and sick to my stomach. I sorry i cant help any more than this
