Talk to her. Ask her what about it makes her feel embarrassed. Then just whatever she says explain why its not true and why she shouldn't feel that way. Make her feel comfortable. Don't pressure her to do it right away after the discussion of this tho cuz she'll probably need time to think it through her self and become comfortable with the idea.

hmm I cant really help with that one. My gf is the same although I dont know if she is embarassed or not.
