I get alot more winded when I'm running on a trail, and my legs usually ache a little more for rest.

On a treadmill I feel like I can run a marathon. I get tired, but I feel like I can go forever anyways.

treadmill has actually got a bit of resistance to it when with running the only resistance would be just yourself

running= fresh air, getting to see things, going somewhere.

treadmill= running to no where, going no where, pointless.

I cant run on a treadmill... it just feels so pointless

theres really not much of a difference.

but i prefer running regularly

considering i wasnt running fast enough one time on a tread & it made me fall & shot me into the wall

bahahahaha,
that was my douchebag moment of that day ahaha
