Charity shop work. Seriously, it is soooo easy lol. You just sort out the decent books (like, the ones that can be sold), then you price them up and put them on the shelf. You then put the tatty books in a box, and then start the whole process again.

old people's homes, animal shelters, charity shops....Most places you can just walk in and ask politely and they might let you volunteer.
