so they try and they never achieve the real affect (celebs are photo shopped a lot (not all though)) so they get depressed about their bodies and so on.

I think this is because women do not get to see other normal everyday women's bodies (not naked necessarily just like with underwear on)

only super skinny girls have the guts to do this because they know they are like celebs, so I think it would help girls a lot if they got to see REAL women in just their underwear OR swimwear to boost their self-esteem to know their bodies are ok

Yeah, that is kind of like what Dove is doing, or has been doing. I believe it is Dove anyways. They promote 'normal' bodies to everyday women.
I think it's bad that they pick the skinniest girls, or girls with nicest legs/body, and then photoshop on top of that. But then again there are magazines for woman out there that have 'normal' pictures of women for young girls to look at. Not as much as I would like though.
