I have really weird dreams.... every now and then(once a month) I get a prophetic dream that really freaks me out. Usually its just in a conversation or setting but when you know exactly the conversation or event you're going to have in a little bit then you get a little unsettled. Of course I always take a course of action opposite to whatever I did in the dream, you know in case it was a warning or something

. My regular dreams always deal mostly with me and my friends and everyone at my high school doing really weird things. It's a twisted version of something that happened recently. Like last year during football we won 96-42. In my dream we all got carried off in glory but the score was 1-0. Or everyone is doing some strange repetitive task or we all mess around and have fun doing some insane crap. Maybe it's symbolic but probably nothing more than the creations of a sick mind

. If you want to experience lucid dreams, then supplement with zinc. It helps you sleep easier, rest better, and enhances dreams. Plus it put 20 pounds on my bench

. I never do have perverted dreams in my sleep but I daydream often.

Indeed it is, thats why when people snore they seem to be more cranky etc. when they wake up.
