DAY DREAMER i day dream so much its not funny....i do it in the morning...in school...on the bus...while walkin...showering....i use daydreams as a bed time story...am i wierd?

i heard it from some where that drink water before going to sleep helps u to remember your dream... don't know if it is true...never tried it.

kk back in 2001 i kept having this dream about a week before muh great uncle that i wuz close to die...i got this dream everyday for a week....then it stopped for a day and then the next day when muh mom got home frum work she started crying and she told me that muh great uncle died...is it possible that it wuz a dejavu dream or a psycic dream? do psycic dreams really exsist? plz let me know...i've been battling depression since his death on dec 17,2001 and i want to try and get over my depression...anything wuld be helpful...ty for listenign

I don't know if anyone can help me with this, but I have been having the same nightmare almost every night from the age 6 up to now about a train. I don't know if I'm on it or not, but I remember feeling distressed and very upset about it like it were a chaotic train wreck, and that's what my mind is telling me is happening, but what my eyes see are a fizzy view, as if I were looking at a tv channel that doesn't come in. When I try to rememeber it and evaluate it clearly, I actually have the dream over but awake. and it scares me just as much awake as it does asleep. what does my dream mean and how can I make it go away?
