I don't know if anyone can help me with this, but I have been having the same nightmare almost every night from the age 6 up to now about a train. I don't know if I'm on it or not, but I remember feeling distressed and very upset about it like it were a chaotic train wreck, and that's what my mind is telling me is happening, but what my eyes see are a fizzy view, as if I were looking at a tv channel that doesn't come in. When I try to rememeber it and evaluate it clearly, I actually have the dream over but awake. and it scares me just as much awake as it does asleep. what does my dream mean and how can I make it go away?

To see a wreck in your dream, represents obstacles and barriers toward your goals. You feel that you are being held back or that you are not making any progress.

To see a train in your dream, represents conformity and go along with what everyone else is doing. You have the need to do things in an orderly and sequential manner. In particular, if you see a freight train, then it refers to the burdens and problems that you are hauling around.

Hope this is of use.

I usually can't remember my dreams but the last one I remember was of a rocky beach (like instead of sand, there were pebbles) and, for some reason, it was like the sun was bleeding (it was red too). The colours were all distorted too. I have no idea what it means but it really stood out because I could actually remember it when I woke up.

A lot of the information on the first post is not factual just a fyi... would be nice to believe some of it though. Take a psychology class more in depth to sleep research to find out more, it's actually quite interesting.
