I just discovered a "new" Adderall combo that is very nice: Adderall (let's say 10mg)+Klonopin (only like .5 or 1mg). I don't know how I could have overlooked this one for so long, having been prescribed both meds.  
But, yes, it is nice, since the mental stimulation of the Adderall is the most up-front feature, but the Klonopin keeps jitteriness at bay and relaxes you physically.

EDIT: Take back all I said. This combo is fun for like 10 minutes, but then just makes you feel like you are drunk but completely coordinated and clear-headed. Kind of detracts from the individual substances' good properties.

Adderall facilitates getting things done. It is a wonder drug. It has properties of a stimulant (and in  my theory which I would love to prove) mild hallucinogenic, properties.

focalin is an enantiomer of ritalin. more or less the same shit with a slightly better side effect profile

the main thing with adderall is blood pressure, not pulse.  though caffeine will fuck with pulse.
