When you can't stop smiling when you hear his voice.
When you can't get him out of your head, even when you should be thinking about a million different things.
When you right his name all over your homework.
When you hear his name and you start smiling for no reason.
When you dream about him.
When you can say you KNOW you love him, not just you THINK you love him.
When you wanna be with him 24/7.
When you find yourself blushing just because he called you pretty
When you daydream about him in class
When you listen to old voicemails just so you can hear his voice.
When you start smiling because you're thinking about a conversation you had with him last week.
When you wanna spend your life with him.
When you can't stay mad at him for more than 5 seconds.
When there really isn't a way to explain how you feel for him.
When you can't sleep because reality is finally better than your dreams.

Love is a difficult and unruly thing.  It holds no regard for how talented you are, how good looking, or how much you desire it.  Love scoffs at attempts to define it, and it delights in breaking the rules that we try to confine it with.  It's like a Jack-in-the-Box that we spend our lives winding and winding, every once in a while wincing when we hear an unusual click.  In the end though, you're always surprised just when it happens.

Love delights in inside secrets, shared moments that bring good memories to life.  A song, a movie, a sunset, a joke... Love is built on things like this.  Yes, I said love is built on things like this.  I'd like to believe in love at first sight, but I know it's not true.  Attraction, yes.  Interest, for sure.  Love... no.  That's a lifetime's achievement.  It's trust, faith, hope, and even an argument or two.  Love isn't about always getting along.  In fact, sometimes the greatest evidence of love isn't in whether you agree all the time, but in how you resolve the arguments you do have.
