I'm planning on upgrading my computer.

Components I want to buy:
Corsair 620HX for my power supply
MSI Radeon 4850 for my video card

Currently, I have a Radeon 1300X vid card.  I'm concerned with buying these components because I know that it all has to be compatible.  So it's important that both my power supply and new vid card is compatible with my motherboard.

What motherboard would be compatible and efficient for both?  How does my processor figure in?  Would it also be compatible?  I have an AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3200+ I also want to buy a new CPU because  mine is horribly out of date, so my queries also pertain to that as well.

Thanks.
