I'm in a funk. It's something i felt creeping up on me for the past couple of days, but now it's full fledge and obvious. I woke up at 8 this morning, and I could not bring myself to move or do anything. I just stared at my clock for three hours until i got myself motivated enough to get out. I wasnt even tired, i was just not up to anything. then after taking a shower and changing, i went back to my bed, and figured maybe if i tried crying it out of my system, it'd be better. 2 tears came out, and i didnt feel anything different. I've tried listening to happy music, making my favorite meal for myself, tried distracting myself. I dont know how to get rid of this feeling and i'm sick of it.

Also I can tell your falling into the suicidal/depression/sadness thing. I've had it before and never been able to get rid of it really. :|

i dont think i'd take it to that extreme. it's only been a couple of days and nothing drastic has happened to me.

Depression can get to that point if it isn't handled it did for me
