if i ride my bike intensely about 3x a week (about a mile on a trail & back plus 20+ laps around the housing area i live in) do you think i'll get into shape relatively easily? it's about 45+ minutes altogether
i mean i'm only biking as a form of cardio. i think eventually i will do exercises for muscle building like crunches and shit. i might start doing an elliptical too but i hear it doesn't do much
what do you think?
i'll probably bump up the amount of times i do laps... i just started off on 20 a couple of days ago and did 20 again today i was thinking of doing 25 but atm my legs are like jello
